How do mid-size B2B companies structure GTM ops without a RevOps team? One owner per layer
A company without a RevOps team still has every layer a RevOps team would own. Some of them just have no name next to them.
Data pipeline observability for the sync that went quiet
A sync that stops advancing without an error forces a layer-by-layer search. Here is what each layer has to show, and which tools expose it.
How to roll back an AI-drafted Salesforce change from a pull request
An undo button restores what a vendor remembered. A revert pull request restores what your team approved. A reading of how git-based Salesforce tools differ on rollback.
Salesforce flow review: the step AI-edited automation is missing
When an AI edits a Salesforce flow, the draft is rarely the failure. The missing reviewer is. A sandbox-first, PR-gated workflow in your own repo restores the step, and the competitor pages show who else claims it.
Cold outbound reply rates collapse upstream: a pre-send teardown
Copy gets blamed first, but collapsing cold outbound reply rates usually trace to lead data and routing upstream of the send. A teardown, with the failed hypothesis published.
Closing the suppression loop with ELT and reverse ETL in one platform
Suppression is a round trip: events in, flags out. Splitting the trip across two vendors splits the evidence too. Here is what one engine changes and what it does not.
Salesforce MCP security starts with whose access the token carries
An AI agent inherits whatever the credential in its config can reach. A dated read of what three vendors document about token scope, and the standing advice that follows.
Locating a Salesforce Flow regression: measure sandbox against production before you blame the Flow
The Flow was identical in both orgs. The formula it read was not. A constructed case on finding a Salesforce Flow regression by comparing orgs before concluding anything.
Monthly active rows pricing and the list-cleaning month
A list cleanup is the one routine outbound job that changes every row at once. Here is what that does to a monthly active rows bill, and how credit tiers compare.
Salesforce change audit: tracing who authenticated an AI change
When an AI assistant changes Salesforce metadata, the audit question is not what changed but whose credential carried the change. Vendor pages document that answer very differently.
Teardown: the Salesforce AI agent was fine, the write path was not
In a constructed case, three defective agent changes all escaped to production. The model drafted no worse than the humans did. The layer that failed was the path from draft to org, and a pull request is the fix.
Crawler access is the layer nobody monitors
The platform flagged forty pages as uncited. The content was fine. An edge rule was answering 403 to the crawlers before any page was read.
